All of the James Hardie products we provide come to you with a latex pre-painted finish (The Sherman Williams Premium Factory Finish), your choice of hundreds of colors using Sherwin Williams Paint . You also have a choice between a one coat application which comes with a 15 year warranty or a two coat application which comes with a 25 year warranty. These warranties cover against peeling and cracking of the painted finish. If any of those colors are not to your liking, we have the capabilities of matching an existing painted finish (Custom Coloring) to any other brand or color as long as you can provide us with a sample. This eliminates the need to hire a painter after the project is completed. All finishes are applied by a machine, therefore complying to the specifications of the siding manufacturer and not how thick or thin the painter decides he wants to apply it on that particular day. All of the siding material is dried on a heat conveyer rack immediately after each coat is applied, then each piece is individually wrapped using an exclusive "poly pro-tech" wrapping. This "poly pro-tec" wrapping helps preserve the pre-painted finish from the machine, thru the delivery process, and right through the nailing of the new siding on to your walls.
